01. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Voicera ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. No age restriction applies to the use of this App.
02. Service Description
Voicera is a voice-first input application that provides:
- Voice Recording - High-quality audio capture on iPhone and Apple Watch.
- On-Device Transcription - Speech-to-text conversion processed locally on your device.
- AI Refine - Optional cloud-based text refinement using AI services (requires AI Tickets).
- Audio Import - Import existing voice memos from other applications.
03. User Accounts
You may optionally sign in with your Apple ID or email to enable cloud synchronization of your AI Ticket balance across devices. Account creation is not required to use the core recording and transcription features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
04. In-App Purchases & Tickets
Ticket System
AI Refine features consume "AI Tickets" which represent processing time. Tickets can be purchased through the App Store as consumable in-app purchases.
No Subscription
Voicera does not offer subscription-based billing. Purchased tickets do not expire and carry over indefinitely.
Refund Policy
All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's standard refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.
05. User Content
You retain all rights to the audio recordings and transcriptions you create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Audio recordings are stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud storage (if enabled). We do not have access to your recordings.
06. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Record conversations without proper consent where required by law.
- Create, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
- Circumvent any security measures or usage limitations.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
07. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Tado Lab. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
08. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Transcription or AI processing results will be accurate.
- The service will meet all your requirements.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tado Lab. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
10. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to periodically review this page.
