Tado Lab. ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, Voicera.
02. Information Collection
Audio Data
Voicera records audio via your device's microphone. This audio is processed:
- Locally on your device for real-time transcription.
- Via secure cloud APIs (e.g., Google Gemini) only when you explicitly use "AI Refine" features (summarization, translation).
We do NOT listen to your recordings. Audio data sent to AI providers is stateless and is not used to train public AI models.
User Accounts & Tickets
To manage your "AI Ticket" balance and enable cloud synchronization, we associate your ticket data with your authenticated ID (Apple ID or Email). This data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., crash reports, feature usage stats) to improve app stability and performance.
03. Data Usage
We use your information strictly to:
- Provide core app functionality (recording, transcription, AI refining).
- Sync your ticket balance across your devices.
- Respond to your support requests.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for data in transit and secure database storage for user account information.
